Debolster and skilluse

Hello everyone, perhaps i embarrass myself now for asking a stupid question, but i will accept that

When i debolster, say to T1, i only can use the skills and abilities available at that level. That´s a given.
But is there any way to see what level a skill needs to use it?
The tooltip doesnt help, because it says (my alt is lvl16) i need lvl 13 for each one of them, and that isn´t true.
The trainer only shows the skills i can get in the future.

So any other way to see this instead of standing before an enemy, trying all of them and wait for the "dont have the required level" message to appear, meanwhile getting my behind kicked to who knows where? Thinking about it i could search for an npc in the lake to test that, but is there another option i don´t see?.

if you check on WAR Builder, it should tell you what level you need to be for each ability.

Just looked, yes, that works, thank you. I will write down the relevant skills before starting the game.
