How do you get scenario weapons?

I have heard people talking about scenario weapons. Are they talking about pop scenarios? If so how do you see how much influence you have/need and Where do you collect them?

You gain emblems from scenarios and use the emblems to buy scenario weapons and armor.

You have to just keep doing scenarios until you earn enough medallions to buy the weapon you want. The vendor is in Altdorf, in the War Quarters under the bridge. For my character the SC weapon I wanted most cost 880 medallions; I'm guessing that is probably universal. However there are other weapons which cost less.
