XP/renown character transfer

A lot of players probably have a character that has been leveled up with decent xp and renown . Whatever reason may be , the time and effort put into the character really didn't hit pay dirt for them .
Rather then having all that time and effort go in vain and creating a new character from scratch ,If a trainer was created to allow characters that could sell their xp and renown ,say 75% value ,and transfer that xp and renown to a new character would be adequate .

Maybe have a cap on the renown transfer , a new character cannot receive more then 40 ranks of renown ?

Even if there were an ability to do this, which there isn't (client), I still wouldn't write this.

The dev team does not exist to deal with every bad choice players make.
