I write here because nowhere else could not find help
What's wrong with my account does not go into the game and never wrote that I was banned how do you know that All the same to my account?

Your account is bugged, not banned. Trying to deal with it now.

Moved to game support section.

Edit: You should be able to log. The bugged character was removed.
