The Fall of Konrad Schultz

Hi, I play mostly the PVE and on my way clearing the Order quests in Troll Country I run on a quest given in the Felde Castle to kill Konrad Schultz. The quest is given by Konrad himself who is flagged as friendly lvl 13. How can I kill him to get my greedy hands on a witch hunter journal which is the prize for this quest? Is there a second Konrad somewhere else (map points to the area were questgiver stands)?

I believe the quest is bugged, there also is a second friendly Konrad on the Bridge between High Pass and Talabecland.

One more Konrad Schultz is in groat in Chaos Wastes but I have no idea how kill none of them. Maybe quest is bugged or maybe this is much dificoult than we except.

The quest probably doesn't reward anything worthwhile anyway
