No Server/ Blank box on startup

After running the launcher and clicking connect, War starts but quits soon after, with the box on the right never showing text. I have read and followed the instructions listed in the sticky but I am unable to create a character even after restarting the launcher/game 75+ times.

When I log in, I get a blank black box and then the application terminates.

- The Launcher is not perfect, this can take several attempts to load correctly. Keep trying. If the connect button does not work, close it and try again.

I have already done so with no result. I have also unchecked read only on all files, tried running as administrator, verified my firewall is not an issue.

There could possibly be a process running that is causing conflict. It's either that or the game is incomplete/corrupt.

same is happening to me since months ago, sometimes i have to log in for 10 times untill the box on right show something and other times i have to connect for more than 100 times, keep trying and ull make it, im about to give up the game since there are too many crashes at IC and trying to log in +100 times after every crash is kinda meh..

I had a similar problem which was fixed by making sure the read only attribute was removed from the ENTIRE folder WAR was installed to, not just the files in teh folder.
