Question on reporting things

I have an honest question about what to report. We see things in game that are rather large problems, specifically the issue with Riekland BO and TM Lords. I assume that these issues are known, I have seen GM's reset the the T4 campaign, but last night, it was broken for a LONG time, not sure when or if it was ever reset for US play time. There were no GM's on line, is this something that should be posted on the forums when it occurs? It pretty much meant no playing last night for a lot of folks. I mean even scenarios were just about nonexistent. I am not trolling or trying to tell anyone what to focus on, i would just like to know if we should report this on the forums when the campaign becomes bugged to the point of not being able to play it. I didn't see anything posted on twitter / front page / etc about this issue.

Thanks for the update, good news / bad news I reckon. I guess I can just assume these things are known, to you guys as devs. Would it help to get the campaign reset by posting on forums if there are no GMs online? or basically just wait till it get's reset?

Do we have any sense of when that might be? The T4 campaign gets reset sometimes which allows for some PvP but I'm not sure if the T2-T3 campaigns are ever getting reset. Every time I log in for the last week or so it's been broken. Not super worried or anything -- it's Alpha, I expect the bumps and I've been using the time to get back into tabletop a bit. That said, it would still be great to know if this is a kind of chill for a few more days situation or take a vacation kind of situation!
