Anyone know why it's 11 weaponskill :lol: on the Liegecollar of ruin?

If you look carefully in the second trailer, you'll see a sorceress engaging in combat with a shadow warrior. The weaponskill is needed for the sorceress to have enough skill with her staff to freeze the shadow warrior.

srs: a lot of classes have useless stats on some parts of their gear

Useless only by virtue of game redesign and evolution and legacy items, willpower originally being a damage resistance stat for example.

Its a slow process but unlike mythic we do fix them
