Forcing People To Cap Other Regions

Right now in the game t1 only consists of fights in Norsca/Nordland.

I was wondering what if you had it so that regions could not unlock unless all t1 areas were locked?

To counteract the whole "if we dont go to a region it will never lock" thing people may do. Make each BO cause 1% Victory per hour or something?

This will force people to actually go to other regions, cause man the Elf region is awesome - big but awesome.

Just an idea, I know you guys have lots of other things to worry about but just my 2cents

We used to have rotating regions with only one active at a time, but people complained about being forced to fight in one zone.

I think it would actually be a good thing for all tiers to bring that back.

ALL tiers? seriously? A giant zerg party... I don´t think thats a good idea.
But for T1 rotating regions would be nice. I agree, that Elf T1 is an interesting zone.

Populated/zerg zones is better than empty zones

You heard me right, all tiers.

Look at the kind of problems we have in T4, because the maps are so big and because there's an incentive to duck fights by flying to other zones.

But how would that work? Zone flip after one realm cap a zone or would it be under a timer (switch zone after lets say 1.5h)?

If I remember correctly it used to be that zones rotated and you had to go to certain zones until the other zones were unlocked?

I also think what I said is a good idea as well. Cause zones will slowly lock for the enemy unless people want to actually make the effort to stop this.

I also remember lower tier zones being locked was one of the only ways to lock higher tiers?

And I agree with Azarael having each zone rotationally populated is better than only 1 zone populated

I can imagine that only working for T1. Unless I'm stupid (probably the case :D)

I also think having 1 zone open/tier is a good idea tbh.
t2-3 have way to low pop for more, and thats even the case in t4. Maps in t4 were designed for 200-300 players.
