Access to SharpZiplib.dll denied?

I am trying to get the game to run and get an error box message. If I try to login into the game regardless, I get access to the character selection/creation screen the 'Little Black Box' is blank.

The error message states that there is an unauthorised access exception and access is denied along the path to the ICSharpCode.SharpZiplib.dll
(I would post picture of it but apparently the 'Board Attachment Quota' is currently maxed out.)

Having read the common issues thread I have already:
Installed the Unpacked copy of the launcher
Disabled all read only files
Reset the Performance Counters
Checked that the d3dx9_34.dll file is installed

Whilst I have never come across such an issue before and, have only just joined this community, hopefully this is an issue that others have already encountered and could please provide some constructive insight?

Look for the .dll file in the game folder named "ICSharpCode.SharpZiplib.dll". Right click it > properties. Try removing read only on that one file and login again.

Found the file and the read only was already disabled, however, I activated it and then deactivated it again. Sadly I still get the same error message.

Looking at this some more, I have noticed the following, I don't know if it is relevant.

I have the game installed in Program files (x86) in a folder entitled Warhammer Online
Within that folder are the following:
Addons folder
WarHammmer Online - Return of Reckoning folder
HashDictionary.dll
ICSharpCode.SharpZiplib.dll
Myhandler.dll

Within the Warhammer - Return of Reckoning folder is the RoR launcher and those 3 files mentioned above all in upper case, i.e. HASHDICTIONARY.DLL

Also I am using Windows 10 and, although I uncheck read only in all of the above folders and for the contents too, when I go back to properties and check them Read Only has been reset!

Could you try replacing said files with the unpacked version of Return of Reckoning launcher
