What's the max level you can attain in this game?

I heard that for retil version max level is 40, max reknown level (pvp levels for better gear and more skills) is 80.
So i wonder what max lvl is here becouse some guy in-game told me the max reacheble lvl is 10 so im coffused right now, can you please refresh my mind with some infos? Thank you.

The server is in alpha state so max level is level 10 and renown rank 20 for now

Hello!... for more detalled info...on WAR was lv40 rr100 on its last version before shutdown...but i guess we are using one version where max is lv40 rr80....but as long it takes developers to fix basic things crucial to game and players to get started we are forced to cap at lv10rr20 for this moment...

Keeper sets aren/'t implemented yet, Decimator is.

Decimator is the Tier 1 renown set. It has two parts. The boots are dropped from any player in RvR combat (scenarios, skirmishes, or in RvR lakes), and are BoE. The chest piece is dropped from any of the 'Sergent' mobs guarding enemy held Battlefield Objectives in RvR lakes, and is BoP. Renown set gear is also available from Quartermasters for purchase using the Medallion system.

And does here on private serv. are available Quartermasters for purchase using the Medallion system?

Yes. You can buy those sets for Medallions, but you'll have to grind them from BO guards (quite low drop), since drops from enemy players are not yet implemented.
On the other hand you can just ask, if someone has some spare Medallions. I got my set this way

Well, it really depands on your luck. I got lucky, but not every one is.
The other option that I just remembered: you can check the auction. But you'll probably need tremendous amounts of gold to buy pieces from AH.
