Is possible to create a macro to cast an ability on mouseover or is denied?

I believe it is denied by the game code.

The possibility for mouseover casting was removed very early after release iirc.

Can be done, but will require addon + buttonpresses as well

Ah yes, i meant hovering over the party UI with no click involved.
