When doing large scale combat it's really important that your warband is sustaineble.
This means that all dps need to be guarded by tanks but it also means that you should controll dmg input as much as possible.
To cover this i'm goin over moast debuffs/buffs avilble to minimize the amount of dmg your warband gonna take.
First i'm gonna cover the group buffs. Since group buffs are group wide and we gonna use the class that does this the best that means every group optimally should include 1 of this class.
Toughness: Chosen got static Auras meaning it's the moast releible buffs. Currupting Wrath
Armor: Black Orcs using Da Greenest gonna proc up to a 990 armor buff on the team wich is 330 more then a standard armor pot
Ressistance: Chosen: Discordant Instabillity is the strongest ressistance buff in the game and static
Initiative: Zealots distributing Mark of the Spell Destroyer on entire group will reduce chance to be crit and also small Disrupt buff
Weaponskill: Either Black Orcs trough speccing for No Choppin' Me or Choppa using Bring Da Pain, I recomend Black Orc coz of crit debuff.
Absorbs: Zealot speccing for Tzeentch's Grip procs on groupheals
Others: Black Orcs: Savin' Me Hide 20% Magic dmg reduction. Zealot: Blessing of Chaos heal buff
Morales: Zealot: Eye of Sheerian massive armor and ressist buff, Black Orc: Quit Yer Squabbling 10% Parry/Dodge (Only use ICE)
Morale Regen: Zealots, Chosen and Black Orcs have tactics that helps em gain morale really fast wich really helps to gain acces to
Eye of Sheerian and Immaculate Defence when it's needed.
Now i'm gonna talk about Defensive Debuffs:
These are debuffs that also helps reduce incomming dmg you only really need around 1 class doing these debuffs.
Strength: Best class for this is again Black Orc with Big Swing, it's not static like on Chosen but BO's gonna use this on every 3d hit anyway.
Ballistic/Intelligence: Shamans Yer a Weakling, yes Shaman actually have a use in warbands except for Stikky Feetz
Weaponskill: Marauder, Wave of Mutilation is also a intitive debuff wich is a nice bonus
Morale drain: Marauder, Crushing Blows there's only 2 things that can save you against a cordinated morale dump. Wounds and not being hit by it.
Cooldown Increaser: Sqiog Herder Bad Gas, this is not only a extremly good offensive abillity it also reduce dmg output from spammable abillities
This pretty much cover it all for incomming dmg reduction for destruction warbands thats isn't archetype wide, single target or specific cases.
This pretty much means a destruction Warband want to look something like this.

Although we don't get nearly as many BO's or chosens in our alliance, at least when I play.
And of course, fill the dps spots with choppas and sorcs, always needs more dakka...and maguses, you really want maguses (with rift of course).

I wish this game was popular enough to do "competitive" 24v24 matches. So many cool options and less restrictions compared to 6v6 meta.
Would be fun to get alliances to set up nights where they form a wb and fight each other in like CW or something.

I somewhat agree, mainly cause I want 2h BG to be just as viable as say 2h Ib, tho crimson death is a touchy subject between BG atm, the crit is unarguably nice, but its only a 5s debuff on a 10s cd skill vs a kotb who can keep a 10% crit aura up 100%. Maybe you missed this but ror is holding a trial with 10sec duration for cd. Yeah it being a debuff so benefitting to your entire wb+rando's would make it an interesting include, I wanna try this some time when I get my bg a bit more geared.
