Dual wield swords [Sword Master]

Just a fun lil topic I wanted to post, if its already been done to death im sorry.~

I was wondering what dps tank would have been like for swordmaster if they had dw, higher proc on enhancements with faster autos, and higher parry % from dwing, seems like it would have made an interesting dps tank route, was wondering what other people thought mechanic wise how easy would it be to implement someday and how good it might feel to play.

Next to impossible. Pretty sure it would require them to change up the animations for every ability.

Won't happen for gameplay and lore reasons.

one can dream, mechanically i think it would have been a better choice if the orginal devs worked it in. Lore wise, I find the lore slightly skewed since the introduction of male sorcs being legitimized by Malekith. That all aside thanks for the cool recent buffs to SM look really neat! @Azarael and rest of dev team.

It's not like there aren't any male sorcerer-adjacent (Doomfire Warlocks) Dark Elves in the Warhammer universe....

im not saying their were none, but the doom fire warlocks are like the punished male sorcs who had the unfortunate pleasure of being found by malekith, in this lore he legitimized the training of male sorcs for some mundane reason like, giving them more fodder to fight their kin, in the actual lore the outlawed the training of all male sorcs cause the prophecy and all

" In the Warhammer Lore, apart from the first Sorcerers who allied with Malekith during the Sundering, male Sorcerers are technically banished from Naggaroth and are hunted and killed by the convents of Sorceresses. This is due to a prophecy the Elf mage Caledor Dragontamer gave when Aenarion drew the Sword of Khaine: "A 'Dark Lord' (whom Malekith believes to be himself) would die at that hands of one 'skilled in the Dark Arts'." However in the Age of Reckoning Malekith has announced an amnesty on male Sorcerers, as long as they join the forces taking part in the invasion of Ulthuan."
^ is basically what im getting at, if this game was 100% true to lore male sorcs wouldnt be given amnesty, we just were given that so the devs wouldnt deal with nonsense like sexism.

Sword masters of Hoeth don't even have any shield, just a greatsword.
Talking about the lore for this game is irrelevant.

SM already has very high parry, they dont need 10% more free

read the ingame tome lore, its specifically stated that in Age of Reckoning Malekith lifts the ban on male sorc's, after the war is over they planned on killing all the male sorcs

Any reasonable player understands that there are going to be some aspects of Warhammer lore that were circumvented in the original iteration of the game in order to produce a playable game. This is the world that the RoR team inherited. Opining on the inaccuracies of what we currently have and established or inferred lore is what is irrelevant, and further, your post adds nothing to the context of the the OP's argument.
