Talisman Window not working

I am having problem with leveling my tali making. I brought up the window, slotted in boxes, put in component (level 25, I am 33 tali level), put in magical essence, and the component disappeared. Everything else was there but no component. I tried to put it in and nothing. No move. Then tried to reset the window, and it all just sat there. Someone suggested I relog. I did, and as soon as I tried again, same thing. Wondering if it's just me, or is there as issue.

Got it to work after exiting the game completely for about 10 levels, but then it bugged out again. Trying to log out again to see if I can get it to work.

Crafting will bug from time to time. Tali making, apoth, and cultivating all do it. Need to relog, but sometimes just a /reloadui will fix it.

Edit: only seems to be an issue while lvling up. Now that I'm at 200 everything, I never notice it anymore.
