[Slayer] Oathstones + Push For More

I've been trying to test if the Oathstones are good on my slayer, but I'm running into some odd numbers and could use some clarification.

The Slayer Speed stat, with a 1h Weapon, is 2.6. Now I thought that stat represented the time between auto-attacks, but with the two Oathstones equipped the +15 auto attack haste is added to that number giving me 17.6. However, with Push For More (+25%/50% AA speed) slotted my Speed stat is 2.1/1.7 without the Oathstones and 14.1/11.7 with.

So the increased attack speed from Push For More lowers the Speed stat but the 15 auto attack haste from the Oathstones raises it. I tried some, admittedly shoddy, testing and with both equipped I wasn't seeing an AA attack speed any faster than 1.7 - what PFM gives without the Oathstones.

Can someone help explain what's going on here, just a visual bug, or are these accessories not meant to be used with a Slayer? Thanks!

With the tactic, i can see EBONUS_AUTO_ATTACK_SPEED goes to 25, and 50 respectivly, but I do not own the Oathstones, so am unable to find out what is going on.

It incresases your AA speed with 15%. with 50% tactic and oathstones IT would equal a 65% increase, ie a weapon speed of 2.0 would with tactic and Stones get down to 2.0*0.65=1.3
