Can't seem to find a mount.

Hey,

I'm not sure if i should post this on this board since i'm not sure if it's a bug for me or just my own stupidity, but i leveled up my Sorcerer to 12 and i wanted to get the White Cold One mount, i've seen people ride it and i was wondering why i couldn't get it at the stables.
I checked forums, Googled some things and i found out that being in a level 25 Guild unlocks you 3 more color variations of the mounts, yet there are no guilds above level 20, it seems to be locked, so i got into a level 20 guild, checked the guild quartermaster and to my suprise it did sell differently colored mounts, only Boars and Wolfs though.
I asked on advice chat a couple times and i asked players who i saw walking around on the mount, but i never got an answer, or a clear answer, so i thought i'd take it to the forums.
I would like to have more clarity on the situation, like i can't find the mount ANYWHERE, not even when i do "show all" on a vendor.

I've got a black cold one from ~6 months ago, so it's prob just ppl who had them from before this change was implemented (which seems weird, I was wondering why you could only get 3 diff colours now).
