Game not connecting??

Hello please can anyone help me game is not connecting, no error messages or anything connect button just greys out and freezes on ror launcher?? i know solution is to close launcher and reopen and connect till it works ive tired about 30 times now and keeps freezing? please any gm comment on this thank you

We're experiencing what seems to be the same issues that we've had previously. You've just gotta keep trying to log in. Close the launcher on each failed attempt and try logging in, until it lets you on.
