Grasping Elvish Parsley Seed won't go away

My shammie has a copy of Grasping Elvish Parsley Seed that doesn't go away when used. When I try to sell it or drop it I get the error message, "Item move failed: Attempted to move 1 of the item Grasping Elvish Parsley Seed while only having 0." Anything I can do to get this accursed thing out of my backpack?
