Error-Message after Launcher starts

I have a Problem after i Start the Launcher. I have installed the Game and the Launcher but after i start the Launcher, give in Username and Password i get an Error-Message (see below) The Game is starting after that but i couldnt choose the Server. I know it is a Problem with the registy but how can i fix it ?

You need to rebuild performance counters.
