What if players were given additional xp / renown / inf for passing on all loot bags for capping / defending a keep. This could possibly give players the incentive to opt out of keep bags, creating more room on the loot roll board whatever thingy since atm if over a warband caps a keep only 24 players get a spot on the board anyway. Plus, I'm sure people would appreciate the extra RR and inf.
Second, has there been any thought about a possible emblem -> medallion conversion? And vice versa. Perhaps for every 6 emblems, one medallion? Some players have complained about being forced to play either scenarios or oRvR for the kind of gear they wanted. So if someone who enjoys scenarios wants the medallion set, he could continue to play scenarios and just use the conversion to get his gear, and vice versa.

Re: Alternatives to Loot Bags / Medallion;Emblem Conversion
Unfortunately I don't believe opting out of bags is functioning yet. I have had several experiences where I try to opt out of bags while helping lower tier characters in PQs and end up with the gold bags.

Opting out is currently not implemented. Though if the devs do implement it a small inf boost would be a nice addition.
