Purple Bag Will Not Open (now)

Hi
I won a purple bag doing 90 minutes worth of keep defense.
I opened it, saw the new fragment, didnt know what it was, so didnt select a reward.

After researching and understanding what the new fragment is (for jewelry in IC), I now try but cannot open the bag.

Doesn't matter what I do, this thing wont open now.

How can I get a new working bag to obtain the fragment?

I had an issue with not being able to open a bag and I was able to so after the server reboot that fortunately happened later that day.

I got a purple bag from a keep defense in T4 last night and I have been unable to open my bag as well. The server has restarted since that time also.

All bags that were not opened before a server crash/restart get bugged . Hold on to them until a fix will be applied and you'll be able to open them again.

Hope it works soon! I know I was with you guys and I got a Purple bag, but opened and took the item right away.
