Can see caracters page but none is able to login (no error)

I can see characters page but none is able to log in.
I got the standard load page but I fall back to character page at the end.
I have no error message.

When you try logging a character in, type /stuck twice. Let me know if this works or not.

Could you try running this packet logger to record what packets sent/received while you try to log the character(s). Run the packet logger as administrator and then log in as normal.

Right. That will be why. It doesn't run natively on Linux, but you can use wine.

Sorry, you misunderstoud me, I have switched under linux to test AFTER I had the bug under windows.
And now, I can confirm it's not working under linux either.

If you could run the packet logger while trying to log in, then we can analyse what the potential problem could be.

I've tested on the same computer, using windows and linux, with another account and it's working.
I'll try the packet logger.
