Cant get to IC

Hi,

I have a weird problem, not only do I need to type /stuck x 2 at the loading screen everytime I log on my Magus, I cannot go to IC as when I do I end up in loading screen and the only way to get out is /stuck x 2 and then I am back in newbie starting area, this is the only character of mine that has this problem and it started after I set my rally point at a camp not located near the RvR lake as I did loads of quest when T4 was launched, after that when I used the book, I ended up in no mans land and had to relog - then immediately the above started, but I could still go to IC, that problem started now and I have tried to get there 5 times.

Any suggestion what I should do?
