I would like address a problem with T3 RvR play, and trough it a problem in general, in current conditions its impossible to take keeps without full WB and no opposition, or overwhelming numbers with any larger opposition, the NPCs running trough walls and instakilling anyone but tanks and their fast respawn is chopping up any warband trying to get trough the doors/to the boss, I speak of personal experience where a full warband was unable to capture keep just because of +/- 12 opposing players hiding behind the NPCs. It was not for a lack of skill that this is happening, it is due to the conditions in which the NPC scripts are.
I would like to ask the developers to look into the problem, which is if I may say, is seriously breaking the game experience and frustrates players. The reason of me posting this here and not on bugtracker is to point out that it is a serious problem in game and it needs more attention than most of others.
Also I would like to point out that I hope the "only zone locks give rewards" will pass away fast so people cant farm at least a little even without needing to capture enemy keeps.

I asked about tier3 keep taking a day ago. You are meant to use a ram to take down the doors at a faster rate.
Guards 1 shotting is just an issue with people not grouping/guarding properly. Keeps should be hard to take when there is an opposition, I don't see much issue there.

2. Guards running through floors and doors and closed gates is not intended, so I don't see why you try and defend what are clearly bugs. The problem isn't as much the one shot, it's that it's not preventable because of the wall bugs.
At OP, I reported this on the bug tracker. Some t3 keeps are less bugged then others feels like. You can still take keeps without full wb (if no opposition). And if there's opposition it's meant to be in favor of the defense usually because of the extra npcs you get and the knockbacks you can do.
