Tier 4 purple and blue loot drops

I saw in the tier 4 thread that purple and blue loot drops are disabled while the devs research the origin of the drops. So I just thought I'd mention that, on live, I did all of tier 4 Order pve quests at least twice and received a total of 2 (maybe 3) purple loot items from drops during that time. I think these were for level 38 toons. The drops were just from normal mobs out in the quest zones where there were level 38+ mobs.

I also received the occasional purple loot drop from farming tier 4 PQs. Again, these were very rare drops.

The stats on the purple items were nothing special, similar to annihilator gear. Maybe a point or two extra.

I think the most familiar indication of rarity for purple loot drops is probably sandstorm items in lotd. The drop rate in tier 4 pve seemed to be similar to the sandstorm drop rate in lotd.
