Character Bugged

My Play button on the character select window is greyed out. When I quit the game and log back in, I'd select characters and see that my play button is grey. This happened randomly from a server disconnect when I was flying to another zone so i assumed that the server was down. My guild mates say they are currently in game and I'm wondering if anyone has had this issue before and would know how to fix it

Edit: The RoR launcher does say both the web server and the login server are up, neither are red/orange.

I fixed this, the character was spawning at a location that was invalid for whatever reason.
