When are servers going to be back up?

I just finished downloading the game and was looking forward to getting started but I am having trouble getting in. After looking through the forums it seems the servers are down. Is there a scheduled time they will be back up?

The current downtime is unscheduled, there's no ETA when the server is going to be back up, sorry.

Well it can always happen, sometimes the server is down for a few minutes sometimes it takes some hours.
It doesn't happen really often but you can always be sure that they work on it as fast as they can.

I think the most reason of so long downtime is - weekdays. Devs has real work, isn't it?

No, this is not normal. It happens occasionally that the server goes down for a few minutes or needs a quick reboot, but multi-hour downtimes are rare.
