Reinstalled Windows now all characters are gone from game

I reinstalled windows today and now all my characters are gone from account when logged in.

The *peep* happend?

All your characters on account rmersie81 are intact.
Probably something blocking you from connecting to the server fully, or corrupted game files.

Ok redownloaded the client using torrent. Even on this client the old characters wont show on my account. So the corrupted file data shouldnt be it right?

Before you start torrenting, check windows firewall for a whitelist entry for the launcher AND the war.exe. Also try turning off other firewalls/antivir for a moment and start it - just to confirm the gamefiles are broken. If they're really broken, then yeah just torrent it

I did indeed turned off Windows Firewall & Defender etc. No luck so far. Checked if it whas blocked. Nothing like that. It almost looked like my previes Windows had all the save data on characters orso and its now *poof* gone.

No clue what to do anymore.

Hard to say.. do you have any friend you would share your password with and let him log into your account just to see if he has access to your chars?

Can you create a new character on that account?

Yes. It looks like 2 accounts might got mixed up orso.

Ok here goes.

I cant seem to login with the propper account i think. rmersie81 wont get accepted by the launcher. even when password is changed etc.

like i wrote in the PM the pw change will take some time. not sure how long exactly.

PS: you should not use any special characters in your pw. just numbers and letters
