Possibly a silly question about group heals

Do group heals heal people from all groups within the WB? Or actually only the specific group that you are a part of in the WB?

Word of Pain and Boiling Blood are no longer able to proc anything. The Bright Wizard College has confirmed this is a big deal. (stealth nerf)

mastery abilities Khaine's Refreshment for dok/Martyr's Blessing for wp heal nearby friendly players regardless of group affiliation, I don't have experience with the other healers to say whether they have anything similar.

Shaman M2 heals nearby rather then group aswell.
