No character Creation / Authentication Error

I have been trying for 2 days to try and get this game running but with no luck.... I have searched the forums and tried all the fixes.

Upon reaching the main menu, I cant see server or character creation details then I recieve the authentication error.

Was wondering if anyone had any new fixes for this ?

Ive also tried turning my firewall off, using a VPN, resetting the counters and running maleware software.

Anyhelp would be great!

The game used to work just fine for you until you moved. The problem lies with your ISP, not us.

I think the problem you're experiencing is the usual problem we're having, the database server isn't syncing passwords with the game server. The only solution is to wait until the server is rebooted, usually the issue resolves itself then.

I'm having the same issue, and so is my friend. When will the next reboot take place?
