Was this game meant to be played in 4:3 or 16:9?

Just thought it was weird when you first start it up it's 4:3 but the game came out far into the wide screen movement.

Whatever the game supports in its options is for what its obviously meant to be played on...

PS: the game you torrented/downloaded is an installaition that someone else used and you just took his options that he had set when he uploaded it. in case youre wondering.
