Cant join an alliance

Trying to form an alliance but to no avail. Asks if I want to join and then does nothing. Any one know a fix?

It's a known issue, which can just "randomly" fix itself. Just keep trying everyday :/

Just spam it. At the end you'll create the alliance.

Last time we send the alliance offer like 20 times and finally we created it.
