Return of Reckoning

My character is stuck online name is Barseghyan. I cant connect with him
I can connect another character with the same account and talk to him.
If you could unlock them I'd be happy

Check again to see if he's on. Just forcibly disconnected him.

I see him still connected in the guild.
I tried to reconnect with him many times but nothing changes.

I think the next server reboot it solve the problem
