blocked character

hi,
My character is stuck online name is Barseghyan. I cant connect with him
I can connect another character with the same account and talk to him.
If you could unlock them I'd be happy :)

Check again to see if he's on. Just forcibly disconnected him.

I see him still connected in the guild.
I tried to reconnect with him many times but nothing changes.

I think the next server reboot it solve the problem :)
