When does a DPS AM take it a little too far?

So... I'm playing my Runie. Working on a proper spec to play DPS, needed some XP figured I'd duo a couple SC's to finish it off. End up with this DPS named "Neosuck". B/w SC's me and my friend on his BW are farming some Saph champs. So, we've been there for like 30-45 mins, and finallllllly I'm like 85% to my level. So after we get out of this SC, Mr. Suck walks to the spot we are farming and just starts pulling mobs in front of us. So I'm thinking, okay DPS AM, won't judge a book by its cover, maybe he didn't see us. I ask in say chat, and i freaking quote. "Hey man, we've been here a while, any chance you can move to a different spot since we were here 1st?"

His reply, "Nah bruh (yes he said bruh) I was in an SC was here before you guys" - So I'm thinking, okay this guy is a douche, it happens when the Cali #smokeweederrrryday guys get on. So WE move and continue to Q for SC's. Weird, we get in a match and the score is 200-0 so I'm thinking okay cool, our team isn't fighting on the node, I'll go clean up dinner and try again next time. I come back, and a group of 4 guys comes in and actually turned the match around and won, so sure I felt bad and apologized to the guys that I was afk'd as dying 5x in the first few minutes while having zero points is usually the GG button for me on an alt.

Turns out this Mr. Suck if you will, has been q'n SC's and purposefully staying in his own party. Sure a DPS can't heal super well, but the dude isn't even HoT'ing anyone. Multiple people asked Mr. Suck to help cap, throw some HoT's, help them try and get a point, Mr. Suck continued to ignore them with the occasional "Nah bruh I'm good".

While I am totally fine with THC and all the great things that people enjoy it for (not a big fan myself but to each his own) - at what point is there anything we can do? It's NA hours, so not much for groups, LFG was pretty dry, but this guy realy is just a douche. Surely there isn't something that says "Douchebags will be banned, beware" but holy balls. Anyone else had something similar happen with other players? I tried to keep a level head, but rather than blowing him up, I'm trying to be productive and ask what others do in this situation. Thanks.

I let other people play their class how they want to play their class, regardless of its archetype, and don't complain/post on forums when they don't play how I want them to play

I was asking how people handle it. Thanks for your opinion. You ever consider rolling a DPS AM?

Not quite getting the point of the thread.
My advice on how to handle it is to adapt to having a DPS AM in party. Or to anyone taking mobs. No whining or bugging any person will fix the issue.

I did tell u how I handle it. Me, DPS AM? Nah not my thing. All about dps snb tank. There is nothing u can do because their is nothing to deal with. Just pretend they are a BW or something and go about your business and focus on playing your class.

Just pretend there is a NPC in your group, silent, scripted, etc.

I like the NPC route lol. I really try and get along with all players. And it was my first run in with someone who literally gave zero fu**'s about the party in an SC so it caught me offguard.

I'll admit it was wrong to call him out as a DPS AM, but most of the DPS AM's I met are freaking cool. Like the "It's okay to be gay" dude. Guy is hilarious. I've ran into easily 10+ different DPS AM's in SC's. All do their best to HOT while they are DPS'ing and I think alt specs are pretty cool!

Hence why I play GracE WP and even DPS on my runie if I can, but if we need heals I just swap back to healing no problem. I do like the NPC in my group lol, granted most of the AM's I've met would technically have a pretty good AI lol
