RoRLauncher not Launching

I've been playing since January. As of last night when I double click the RoRLauncher nothing happens. I've uninstalled the entire game, ran CCleaner, got rid of registry and anything else I could think of that would have remnants of files for WAR. Then I re-downloaded everything. RoRLauncher still does nothing!

So i had this problem as well, some how my RoR folder got checked to Read Only which caused this issue. See if the folder is checked as read Only. I actually had to remove it from my Secondary drive HDD (d:) and put it on my SSD (C:)to fix it. Resetting performance counters would not fix the issue for me.

So I had it in my secondary as well. The Read Only was checked - But every time I uncheck it and Apply it goes back to being Read Only. I then Moved it to my SSD as well. Still no Dice. Still showing as Read Only. Again each time I uncheck and Apply it goes right back to being Read Only

Well you can try rebuilding performance counters
1- Go to start, and type in the search box "cmd". Right click cmd, and run as administrator.
2- Type in the command console, "cd c:\windows\system32", and hit enter.
3- Then type "lodctr /r", and hit enter.

Ran that too. I guess I should have put that my first action steps were the "Most Common Issues and Solutions" I've tried them after each step that I've taken as well.
