My characters have disappeared need help please

i was just logged into my account and logged into my character. I logged off and logged into a friends account because he had trouble logging in. Afterwards I tried logging into my account and I am able to log into the game but I see none of my characters. This has happened to me before and then magically fixed itself after several hours.

Could someone look into this please.

Almost over 24 hours and still do not see my characters. I can not pm anyone because I do not have permission yet to make pms.

3rd day still the same no characters but still can log in to make a character. Could anyone give me some answers to why this has happened? Its not really easy to reroll when I've spent months finally maxing out many of my toons and their gear.

I've logged in every day since Saturday to see if my characters have come back. Today the servers were down so I assume there was a server restart and checked again. My characters are still missing and I've not heard back from any of my private PM's or this post about what has happened to my account. Its been almost 5 days with no answers to this issue. If the characters are just gone for good, I would like to know so that If i chose, I could remake a character. However, if its just a database bug, if I start new again my old toons might come back and I will lose the new progress and it will all have been a waste of time. I would really like some answers if possible. I play with several people and because of this we have not been able to play.
