Friend's account is banned

My friend who is banned due to his comment putting on advice chat channel that the online GM on that date might think it was inappropriate.

Would you mind to come and talk to me why you banned a descent player who has been played for a long time in live server and then came to private server and got banned due to some words of misunderstanding?

I emailed to ROR but still not yet receiving any of your reply. That is why I posted here.

I would like to request the release of the ban. He did not hack anything and nothing is worth to get a ban.

If you like to ban people, would you consider to ban a few hours for a cool down or a few days for a cool down.

I knew you all worked hard for the game. However, players also invested a lot of their time to build up everything in the game , even though you might consider us as "TESTERS".
