i get the point of it, that those who are too strong get turned into a chicken...but because of that i now cant complete everything, perhaps you could change it so when youre in designated PVP areas your level gets reduced and abilities get locked based on their unlock level.

being turned into a chicken can still be used for if those who are too powerful START the fight with lower level players outside of those PVP areas.

is this possible, and if so, would you do it?

Yeah I had this same issue, I missed out on lots of goodies from tier1 and tier2 rvr rally masters, sucks because some of them I like the 'appearance' - Your suggestion is good but I don't think the devs will prioritize something like this yet, maybe after t4 who knows

My suggestion is to PLAN AHEAD, so don't go leveling quickly in the tiers you would like to spend time in gathering the equips, its the only way right now, I have started a new Zealot for this reason!

if u want to get items from PVE there is nothing easier than going into to PVE area and write /PVP. Then wait 10 mins and voila, u can do PVE on higher lvl than the tier is

Haveing the exact same reason here... especially because I would basically like to do all three Zones with each quest for my characters...

The only way I figured out this might possibly work ist doing only RvR Quest starting Level 1 and afterwards going through PvE content...

Call me nuts but... would it be possible to let players disable EX & RR gain via their client options?

A quick relog while in a non-pvp zone also does this, no need to wait 10mins

Yeah you're 'nuts' ;p

They won't allow rr/exp gain to be turned off, it would cause a flurry of twinks that would probably ruin any hope of new players sticking around.

So to avoid Players haveing fully equipped Characters for every tier ready, just ranked high enough not to cross the "chicken line" for the respective area.
I see... sadly I have to admit they are most certainly right...
