New rank cap and gearing advice

I just wanted to ask if the new rank cap opens many options to gear ourselves up?

I'm rank 32 (runepriest), with T3 scenario staff and slayer set slowly being traded over for devastator. I knew there have been items for higher levels in the game already but I guess now we can buy from the T4 vendor, is that right?

Do you think those items are superior to the lvl 32 set items or should I keep on collecting marks? I have abundant amounts of the marks from pvp but close to none from rvr and it is really a pain to grind them

You could just buy the 32+ gear until you have enough for Devestator set which is still superiror. The medals have a greater chance of dropping now so it wont be as bad.
