Can't join scenarios

I'm having a rough time joining scenarios. Every time I log in I join one and go to join another and never can. It's says you cannot join while in combat. Obviously i'm not in combat in the middle of a war camp. I'm then forced to log out and log back in every time I want to play a scenario. Is anyone else having this problem or am I the only one being cursed by the Chaos gods?
