Streamlining T1-2 leveling

With the removal of the ability to take t3 kill quests as a level 1, leveling a character to 22 to get to "endgame" is currently extremely boring/frustrating especially for veteran players who just want to get to max level ASAP. NA time when SC's and ORvR are nonexistent in these tiers the only way to level is through PvE which is mostly unimplemented with PQ's etc... not working.

I have seen a lot of completely new people pick up this game while in the /vg/ guilds while they where alive and just give up because leveling sucks or they hit a wall in t2 around level ~17 where leveling gets really slow.

Most people I know just take advantage of powerleveling, currently on destro side you can get to level 22 in about 2 and half hours in IC at marauders, or about 3 hours in badlands PQ's orderside and totally skip t1-2 that way. But that doesn't solve the problem new players will have if they pick up this project, and neither did the t3 kill quests if they didn't know about them.

While I am sure most of the devs are working on moving the game forward, a lot of people would probably really appreciate some kind of chain/repeatable quest system for both PvE and PvP to allow them and new players to get to t3 faster if they choose. I am not sure how big of a problem this is for EU, but I can pretty much guarantee you from 1st hand experience and from others that it is hurting NA population in every tier.

Increased rested XP would be definitely a nice addition.

Completely agreed with this thread. Having leveled a few characters through T2 with the aid of the kill quests, I can say they were vital.

No need, the game had it's fair share of streamlining and tbh done it no good. Besides t1-t2 are fun, so no reason for new players to skip it or to pander to the poor ol' NA players. Savour your gaming experience like a fine wine, yankie :^)
Spoiler:
Thou a bit more rested XP would surely help, until PQ start working ;)

It wouldn't be a problem if T2 were well populated.

Agree 100%. Streamlining leveling in tier 2 is a good point to put focus on.

Edit: Foltestik's idea seems pretty legit.

If this is all about new players, then I dare ask if there is a way to add once-per-account quests?

The maximum rested experience you can get counts for 1.5 a level, which is fine in my opinion. Just need it to raise a little quicker.
