PvE secrets and special places

Are the special dungeons and environments there? i cant remember any of the names.

Im also curious if when you walk off the edge of the world what happens before was you either crashed or went back to town just wondering if those have changed at all.

Dungeons aren't in yet.

If you walk off the edge of the world you get attacked by a monster named "Something" but you can heal through it and keep walking, eventually it'll stop attacking you. You can then walk off the edge into nothingness and keep walking.
