Any chance we could have these PRDPS tactics dropped from level 33 to level 32? These tactics give PRDPS additional WS and BS at the cost of toughness. They were introduced as part of the PRDPS rebalance on live. They are mirrored off of a slayer/choppa tactic that is available at level 15.

The additional WS from these tactics was core to all PRDPS builds on live. Armour stacking has gotten pretty heavy in T3 as everyone gets geared. Any reason why this core PRDPS tactic couldn't be dropped down a level? There are similar tactics already in play and it is only one level, I don't think this is balance breaking.
