Found a reason why most doks go dps in lower tiers

Because all gear from renown trainers in t1 and t2 gives strength/wounds, no willpower at all.

Warrior Priest gets willpower on his gear though, now no one can deny that devs are bias towards order

This is not true, WP gets strength on alot of gear aswell, But it really doesn't mather, moast of your heals don't get much of benefits from willpower anyway as casting times are short and base heals are pretty low. DoK/WP should focus on defensive stats and keep casting heals even if they gets attacked. This is what makes these classes so good, they can keep healing everyone even under preasure while the other healers struggle with this.

So by that logic... why don't you see more melee engis since all their gear has str on it?

All their gear? You must be joking xD
I know most of the spanners have strength on them, which is because they're the Engineer's melee weapon. At least, that was the logic from the devs on live. Same with Witch Hunter pistols that still have Ballistic skill on them. Personally I'm not sure if Strength increases the Engineer's 'melee' abilities aside from auto attack with the current code. For Witch Hunters, Ballistic skill is currently completely useless, and weapons with that stat on it may be reported onto the bugtracker.

Correct... that WAS the logic on live...before they changed stuff like... bs counts into the melee of the engi and str goes into the wh shots. I'm sure there aren't a bunch of magus staffs with ws and str.... but who knows. I mean... the staff IS their melee weapon after all right?

Kinda a bummer to get a 32 str spanner with parry on it.. I guess I will spec str and run at marauders with my one melee attack.
