If you can find a way to reproduce the disappearing please post it on the bugtracker, the mounted + pet disappearing was the only one we could find during testing.

Also it would be useful to know if it disappears entirely (skill goes on cooldown, pet bar vanishes, etc.) or only visually disappears (still shows on UI but you can't see it in game anywhere).
