I am on this server now for a couple of days and I had an absolute blast.
I have not played this game for years and I was really hyped to get back at it again. The first few hours have been an incredible ton of fun too!
Now...obviously I have been doing T1 SCs and RvR a lot and I have to say, every time I see a sorc or bright wizard above lvl 8, doing nothing but spamming one button and having an unmatched effect on the fight, I am close to just Alt+F4ing.
I thought it might get better in T2 again, but the bombing stays, its just that every healer now has to spam his group heal button.
TL;DR: yes, bombing is really bad for the game and its almost making me quit, even though I really, REALLY love whats happening here.
On t1-t2 I can advice not to gather in group when under aoe fire from sorc/bw and try to take them out first. Standing still and spamming 3sec casts makes a sorc/bw an easy target, especially with healers being weak at lower tiers.
