You do realize that SWs wouldn't get it until 19 at the earliest, right?
They'd almost be out of T2 by then, most classes start to feel OP at that point anyways due to gear/level powergap.
Don't move the goalposts, it's fine at the 6 point slot now that we're past t2.
It's not fine because only one side gets it. You can't ignore balance in the lower tiers.
Lol so mirror it on SH
When T2 is reduced to just SWs and SHs we'll start talking about it being OP in general. /sarcasm
It was fine in live it's fine now.
It was a decent fix when T2 was the cap but that's no longer the case. IT needs review.

Who are you to say "it was fine in live"???
A bazillion things were not fine in live, which is why the game failed miserably. Stop using the "it was like that on live" card because apparently a lot of things will be changed/fixed in RoR. Which is actually great.

And you can't play the "Well this isn't live!!!!!" card for the same reason.
The change was made in regards to balance when T2 was the max tier
Now that we're past that, it needs review.
If the ability is unbalanced and needs to be put under the microscope so be it but the mastery change isn't relevant anymore and needs to be rebalanced.

So just because T3 is the max tier now, we should be like "ok, let's not give a **** about T1-T2 balance anymore"?
An incoming heal debuff is too powerful for it to be available only to one side for a WHOLE tier. So stop crying, or go and make your own private server with all the rules/changes you want.

I've already posted a solution to your "Theory of Permanent Tier Imbalance" and you're just conveniently ignoring it.
You're also being far too inflammatory to take seriously, I'm trying to have an adult discussion about a change that deserves review and you're casting insults and acting like a child.

Right, and somehow Magus and Engie are now relevant to this conversation... hmmm......

Just because you say "it deserves review" does not mean it does.
If you want to have an adult discussion you should start by changing your posts. It seems like you are demanding instead of suggesting.

If you want to see my justifications for why it deserves review read the thread, there are 7 pages of reasons discounting all the posts talking about festerbomb and squig herder.
If you absolutely must have me publish a document outlining in detail I'll see what I can do.

No you dont, all your posts talk about "fairness" and how it was "fair".
You basically put up a situation where anyone who argues against your point, wants things to be "unfair".
This is not an adult conversation or discussion, its you poisoning the well because your only argument is "it was like this on live and never got changed"
Well it did now and you will have to wait till 40 to have heal debuff and kd on a melee Sw, to be honest i cant even see the issue now since you cant run the KD and the healdebuff with the change you propose, it would do nothing for you at t3 and screw t2 again.

There were none, i checked, all you do is repeat "it was fair" over and over.
