I always used Pulverizing as spammable, in both smallscale, WB and Solo

I would never use Precarious in any situation for several reasons. It does dmg to yourself (now even more) It does barealy more dmg then Pulverizing and Pulverizing reduces Toughness so more dmg on every strike therafter and finally Precarious is in Giant Tree wich u DONT run in WB spam builds so dmg isnt as good. But I guess thats upto everyone to test for themselfs.

And finally the rage exhaust changes was Devs test to NOT make us rely on Power Thro, we will ahve to see if that fails, if so kinda bad cause that was the only real changes they did to us.

I read that exact phrase over and over in dozens of posts.

CiT WAS a DoT before patch.
new CiT is NOT a DoT anymore!

It will deal damage on hit once and apply a ''debuff'' for 6 sec.
When the debuff that debuffs nothing runs out or is consumed by the next Exhaustive hit, CiT will do a second damage hit 1 sec later.

It is called a debuff but it debuffs nothing (a missed opportunity to make it have a huge boost to slayers dmg for the 6 sec duration, so that a slayer would have to wage out if letting it run for full 6 sec or to consume it instantly for an early burst)

Yea u are right, it just feels like a DoT u apply but I kinda regard it as a ST version of ID. But together with Spellbreaker it has that new Rage-Mechanic where u get some rage back, so if u run that non-PT build it should be applied on CD

???

When did you start playing. For the first 15+ years of the game all the current WL players were Slayer players!

SL was much better up to the WL love patches where they suddnely gave WLs great aoe on top of best CC/mobility and medium armor. Same problem for BW is lifted in another thread. Worst part of the mdps patch was tuning up aoe specs for WHs wo them loosing anything as well

Balance team looks to be normalising damage across the board and that means ol AOE/ST damage classes with low CC/util will be the loosers

Solo play, outside of WE/WH is almost dead. It's a shame really since most of the videos that advertise the game to new players is solo play.

Ahhhh… if only the devs actually listened to their community, maybe the game would be in a better state? I tend to think that two thinking heads are better than one.

I don't think so, players are biased as f***.
They often think class is underperforming, just because they are underperforming. Thus, lots of feedback is completly worthless.

So you’re saying that most of the people complaining about these changes are doing so just because they’re bad? That’s strange, because I recognize quite a few usernames I’ve faced here in solo or in 6-man, and many of them are very far from being bad. Not exactly a convincing argument.

Imagine same players were complaining when slayer was the best class in the game and serious guilds ran slayer stacks, you shouldn't take them seriously at all.
